Repaired Medical Equipment

Soma Technology Pacific are able to repair and reinsulate a wide range of medical instruments. Turnaround time is quick and efficient. There is no charge for evaluating instruments for repair, if the instrument is unrepairable you will not be charged. We can however quote for a new replacement instrument. Our market area and expertise for repairs has grown substantially this year and we are rapidly becoming the main repairer for more hospitals. Our range of repairs and servicing is perhaps the largest repair service for NZ hospitals, as we can do: TC insert replacement Sharpening Welding Re-insulating, Diamond dusting Instrument modification One off manufacture of lost screws, springs, locking mechanisms.

We work with a New Zealand repairer and d.s.biomedical to provide high quality reinsulation of monopolar and bipolar forceps and, laproscopic sheaths and hooks.

Ultrasound repairs

We work with a New Zealand repairer and d.s. biomedical to provide high quality reinsulation of monopolar and bipolar forceps and, laproscopic sheaths and hooks.
Our overseas repairers are able to repair to "as new" for most makes and models at a fraction of the cost of new including: General Probes, 3D/4D probes, TEE (TOE) probes, and, Veterinary Probes.
